Britain's leader plans to press allies to deliver Ukraine with additional extended-range weaponry to target Moscow's positions during discussions in London on the upcoming Friday.

Sir Keir is set to welcome President the Ukrainian head of state alongside the so-called "coalition of the willing", consisting of more than 20 of Kyiv's partners who have committed to provide Ukraine defense assurances once a ceasefire is brokered.

The Ukrainian leader has been urging for several weeks for further advanced missile technology from allied countries, a step that Russia has warned would worsen the war.

The Prime Minister will urge participants to ramp up the provision of long-range weapons following a successful strike on a chemical plant in the Bryansk region, Russia, using UK-provided advanced weaponry.
